Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can use your own domain (e.g. mystore.com) with your Webx store. If you don't have a domain, we provide a free webx.pk domain (e.g. mystore.webx.pk) at the time of sign up.

Is a custom domain included in my package?

No. Custom domains are not included in packages. If you already own a domain or buy a new one, it can be easily configured with your Webx store.

How can I configure to use my own domain?

You can easily configure your own domain by updating your domain nameservers with the ones provided to you by Webx.

Do I need a separate web hosting?

No. All Webx stores are hosted on our secure and fast servers. There is no need to buy separate web hosting service.

Is my data safe and secure?

The security and uptime of your website is our top priority. We protect your site and data with the industry standard security and encryption, and we have a 99.99% average uptime.

Do I need an SSL certificate?

Yes. We give you a totally free SSL certificate as part of our service. Your free SSL is activated when you buy a plan and activate your account.

Is there a setup fee?

What are your support fees?

Can I change my package later on?
