A theme is a website template that determines the way your online store looks and feels. The store admin is your back office, and your online store is your front shop. Think of your website theme as the architecture and interior design of your front shop.
Different themes have different colors, styles and layouts, and offer a different experience to your customers. For example, if you're selling clothing and apparel, then you might want your online store to have a luxurious feel. Alternatively, if you're selling electronics, computers or mobile phones, then your online store will need to have an energetic and sleek design.
Themes are customizable so that you can alter them to suit your business and brand. You can customize your theme at basic level by using the Layouts. For more advanced customization, you can edit your theme code. Please note that advanced customization of theme code requires HTML and CSS knowledge.
