Webx uses a 30-day cookie window and last-click attribution. Here is exactly how it works - so you know where you stand.
When someone clicks your referral link, a 30-day attribution window opens. If they sign up and pay within those 30 days, the reward is yours - even if they took a few days to decide.
If a merchant clicked multiple affiliate links before signing up, the reward goes to the last valid click. Your Portal shows real-time referral status so you can see where things stand.
Alongside the link, you also get a referral code. If a merchant enters your code at signup, the referral is attributed to you - useful for courses, videos, or any format where a clickable link is not practical.
All referrals go through anti-fraud checks. Self-referrals, fake signups, and manipulated traffic are excluded from earnings. This protects honest affiliates by keeping the program fair.
A referral converts when the merchant signs up via your link or code and makes at least one payment on a paid Webx subscription plan within the attribution window with no refund during the payout cycle.
