Abandoned Carts

This section displays a list of incomplete orders which means that the customer added items to cart but did not place the order. This information is useful when

  • You want to contact and convince these customers to complete their orders
  • You want to send relevant product offers to these customers
  • You like to find out the reason why these orders were not completed
  • You want to find out the products that are usually part of incomplete orders

View Abandoned Carts

To view these incomplete orders:

  1. From your Webx admin, go to Orders > Abandoned Cart Orders
  2. In Orders Search Criteria, select the fields according your requirement
    • Select Time span or provide a Date range
  3. Click Search
  4. On results list, click View Cart Detail to open Cart Details page
