Learn about detailed reports and analytics which help you gain valuable insights about your business.

You can use Webx Ecommerce analytics and reports to learn about your sales and customers in great detail. The types of analytics and reports that you can view depend on your subscribed plan.

Sales Reports

You can use sales reports to see information about your customers' orders based on criteria such as sales over time, by products, by categories, by brand etc.

Based on your subscribed Webx Ecommerce plan, you have access to the following sales reports:

  • Sales over time
  • Sales by product
  • Sales by category
  • Sales by product brand/vendor
  • Sales by discount
  • Sales by location
  • Sales by customer name
  • Average order value over time


To view sales reports:

  1. From your Webx admin, go to Analytics > Reports
  2. In Sales, click the report you want to view
  3. In Search Criteria, select the fields according your requirement
    • Select Time span or provide a Date range
  4. Click Search

Customer Reports

With the following reports, you can gain helpful insights about your customers, including their average order count, average order totals, and expected purchase value:

  • Customers over time
  • First-time vs returning customer sales
  • Customers by country
  • Returning customers
  • One-time customers
  • Loyal customers

To view customer reports:

  1. From your Webx admin, go to Analytics > Reports
  2. In Customers, click the report you want to view
  3. In Search Criteria, select the fields according your requirement
    • Select Time span or provide a Date range
  4. Click Search
