Customer Queries (Contact Form)

When your customers fill up contact form on your website, their messages appear in this section.

View Customer Queries

To view customer queries:

  1. From your Webx admin, go to Queries > Customer Queries
  2. In Search Criteria, select the fields according your requirement
    • Enter Customer Name
    • Enter Email Address
    • Select Time span or provide a Date range
  3. Click Search
  4. A list of messages appear with all details and message by the customer
  5. To respond to any message, click Respond
  6. Type your response in Admin Response field
  7. Click Submit

Responses to customer messages are sent to the customers via email, and also appear in website accounts section.
